Second Day Trip to Tel Aviv
Tuesday, 31 May 2011: On our fourth tiul we again went to Tel Aviv, but this time we went to the Diaspora Museum, the Palmach Museum (I didn't take pictures), and spent some time at the shuk which, on that day, also had a giant art fair.

Cooking Day - יומ בישול
Tuesday, 12 April 2011: For class today we learned some words to get around the kitchen, then split into groups to make a fabulous Israeli breakfast complete with tehini, vegetable salad, fresh lemonade with mint, falafel, shakshouka, and brownies!
Day Trip to Carmel
Monday, 28 March 2011: Our Ulpan's second day trip, this time to the area of the Carmel Mountains where we went to Machaneh Meapilim, hiked on the mountains and saw a cave, had a feast and music at a Druzi home, and shopped at a touristy shook in another predominantly Druzi town.
Purim Weekend

I'm going to the Opera!

Petting Zoo Family Carnival
